The Hope, Unity, and Freedom Center.
The Hope, Unity and Freedom Center is a diverse team of professionals providing psychosocial day support to male and female adults with a primary mental health diagnosis, dual diagnosis, and/or a coexisting disorder; such as substance abuse.
The Hope Unity and Freedom Center facilitate services through small group activities that are conducted by Qualified Mental Health Professionals. Our staff utilizes a variety of therapeutic techniques and interventions that are designed to stabilize our client’s mental health, and improve their daily functioning skills. Individual therapy, group therapy, team building, behavior management, and crisis intervention are all services that are used in the program at the Hope Unity, and Freedom Center.
Our work helps to decrease psychiatric hospitalization and provide stabilization of individuals with less intervention in the community. By providing daily routine and structure in a safe environment each individual is able to achieve his/her best.
